Associated with the company since 1995, Unmesh heads the Leave and license department and looks after the registrations and loyalty customer accounts.

With the company since 2020 Devendra acts as a support for the leave and license department and assists the clients in Inspection and closures

Prasad joined the company in 2022 and is responsible for the Sale/Purchase business. His job is to understand the client requirement and offer them the right projects and properties matching their need. His keen insight and passion for the field has helped him top our sales chart month on month

Responsible for Primary Market, he Currently Manages the companys mandated project near Santacruz Station named Prabhat Residency and is also responsible for setting up new business for the company. He has been instrumental in starting the companys branch office in Santacruz West.

A trained theatre artist, Rakshit looks after the project Prabhat Residency. A flamboyant personality, Rakshit is responsible for sourcing clients for our projects as well as end to end customer support post sales.

He is incharge of office administration and ensures that all team members office requirements are met. He also assists clients in property inspections.
